Yesterday was a yucky day

*Our car is in the shop for the 4th week

*Physical therapy hurts but I have to go

*Kids are sick - enough said

*The second grocery store I checked was ALSO out of my favorite treat. Natural creamy peanut butter. So NO homemade pb cups. :(

I left the grocery store, got in my old junky vehicle, couldn't get the door to unlock, looked around and realized there were SO many lovely things right in front of me.

I just needed to open my eyes and SEE them.

Lovely JOYful unexpected things

*The trees were amazing right above my head

*I was shopping without a coat

*I'm out running errands 3.5 months after hip replacement surgery

You have to look for it. Happiness doesn't just happen. You have to CHASE it!

Just that morning I had listened to a periscope on happiness. It really hit home for me. Joy and happiness are close cousins! So I'm taking the happiness dare from Money Saving Mom's Happiness periscope.

I want to chase happiness and joy.
